Terms and Conditions: 1) Please arrive within 15mins of your booking time or your reservation will be classified as a "No Show". We will only hold your reservation for 15min after your booking time , after which we cannot guarantee table availability, and you may need to wait for next available table to access the venue. 2) If you have entered a card authentication, note that any changes to your party size or full cancellation must be made 24 hours prior your booking date. (for booking in November and December, this will increase to 72 hours for cancellation, 24 hours for party size change ) . Failing to do so, will result to a £10 per person missing cancellation fees. 3) if you need to change anything on your booking or running late on the day of your booking, call the restaurant directly, the events team email is not active on weekend. Due to the busy nature of our restaurants, if you call during service, we cannot guarantee we will be able to answer your call.
