London’s latest Mediterranean restaurant and rooftop terrace Cavo is bringing the essence of the Basque Country and Valencia together with the launch of their brand new Pintxos, Paella and Sangria brunch, with live entertainment plus unlimited pintxos and sangria Seamlessly blending together two of Spain’s most exciting culinary regions, the brunch kicks off with unlimited pintxos – from the classic Spanish Omelette with Manchego and Roquillio pepper, to rich Black Truffle and Wild Mushroom croquettes, Grilled Aubergine topped with Parmesan Crème and Harissa and Crispy Lamb with Chickpea and Apricot, amongst much more. No Spanish feast is complete without a Paella – choose from chicken, steak, veggie or seafood – whilst traditional Spanish dancers and our live DJ keep the festivities going all day long. A classic Basque cheesecake will round off your meal in style. Take in the incredible views of Bloomsbury, Covent Garden and Soho from the fourth-floor rooftop terrace whilst whiling away the afternoon sipping on unlimited Sangria and enjoying the entertainment.
